Roger Weller, with Waddell & Reed

Roger has made a career in the practice of financial advisory services to individuals and small businesses. His experiences have been rather diverse; first by serving as a commercial banker for over 25 years, serving as an insurance agent for all forms of insurance for 3 years, and most recently serving as a financial advisor offering a full range of investment products for 6 years. These experiences have provided Roger with the necessary base of knowledge from which to assist clients in the development of solid financial plans. Roger's greatest strength is his desire to develop strong personal relationships with his clients. Ultimately, his approach helps educate his client's in the art of financial planning. Roger likes his client's to focus on the big picture so they will have a clearly marked pathway toward meeting or exceeding their anticipated financial goals.

Roger's most valued asset is the relationships he has developed with his entire clientele through the years. Many of these people have not only faithfully continued working with Roger but they have rewarded his efforts by introducing him to a host of their friends and associates whom they believed would benefit from his experience.

Roger is married to Sara, and they have three grown children; Kim, Ryan, and Eliecia. Roger is also very proud of his three grandchildren, Morgan, Madalon, and McKenna. He moved to Anthem, AZ in 2006 after living in Brockport, NY nearly all of his adult life. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and SUNY at Canton, NY. He is active in the Canyon Church of Christ, the BPOE #2110, and several professional organizations. For relaxation, Roger enjoys playing golf and/or his guitar.
