My name is Bill Jay and I am the owner /operator of Jay's Tileworks. At Jay's Tileworks we specialize in tile and carpet cleaning. We can also clean your countertops, patios, shower enclosures, garage floors and upholstery.

As a native of Arizona I know what the dirt and debris from the desert air can do to your flooring. It's hard to believe but many times the air inside your home is dirtier than the air outside. One of the biggest culprits is your dirty carpet and tile. Outside air contains pollens and hundreds of other chemicals and toxins. Throughout the day you collect these outdoor contaminates on your clothing, shoes and in your hair. When you enter your home these contaminates now become part of the indoor air and eventually wind up being filtered out by your carpet and tile. As you walk across your floor these contaminates are re-disbursed into your indoor air allowing you to breathe them into your lungs.

At Jay's Tileworks we specialize in the hot water extraction method. This is the method that is approved of and endorsed by the manufacturer of your carpeting and tile. Usually this is the only method that will satisfy your warranty requirements. Some cleaning methods leave a residue behind; this allows the carpet to get dirty very quickly. THe method I use doesn't leave any kind of residue and gets your carpet clean way down at the base as well. That;'s how keep it staying cleaner longer.
